It's made by MBRP. All I had to do was buy the vacuum pump relocation kit from OR-Fab and cut the bracket off that originally held it on because its a '12, not sure if the same is with the '13. I love the way it looks. Turning the bumper into a shorty laser this week with the VDP kit.

2007 Sahara. I bought the wife JKU in April that year and had to buy a Jk for myself.
I have done a couple of little things to it.
