They -get painted flares, silver appliques, 'typically' nicer radio, upgraded sound system (over base sport U), sometimes Nav, and occasionally extra air bags.......oh, and the $$$ too.

Perspective buyer guide says that they come with better shocks too but I've yet to see a Sahara come with Rubi shocks or a Sahara that's got different shocks than a Sport/X.
