Personally, I like "Real Magic" (previously "Reel Magic"), although I don't coat the underside, just anything that's unpainted metal on the top side. And on my surf reels, and my fishing pliers, and anything else that gets exposed to a lot of salt water =)
It prevents rust, cleans off grease, and leaves no residue.
