Patience and going on 5yrs of practice lol. Seriously, make sure the plastic that tucks under the door surrounds folds inside of the top's frame as it folds down and is compacts the entire top into a much smaller fold. If those plastic edges aren't inside of the top's frame, it prevents the top bows from fully folding.
