Talking Lifted and new Rear Bumper

Put Rubicon Express 2" Lift and Rockhard Rear Swing Away Bumper on my ride.

Pictures of bumper here

Ride is smoother with the RE shocks. The new bumper is 1/4" thick steel throughout. No more stinking plastic. Now for some rocker guards ....Wipeout

The best thing about the lift was it leveled it out. I did not like how the front end was so much lower before. I think 33" tires will clear just fine now when I decide which ones to get.

I bet he would. He was really helpful and an interesting guy to talk to when I met him at the Terra Del Sol event this year. One of the reasons it is that high though is to clear the high lift jack that can/will be mounted on the bottom and of course once I get the bigger tires and wheels the extra space may be needed.

I like it. I think I will end up with a 4 inch lift though.

the RE 2" lift and Cooper MT 33's is likely going to be on my current Jeep.

I plan on holding off on a pricier, higher end lift until i replace it with a Rubi.

How much are your axles off?

wondering about adjustable trackbars?

I hear you on the taller lift. My ultimate goal is to get the airock suspension But like most people on here I am building as the paychecks come in and I just didn't want to look at the stock stance while saving my pennies. . The on-board air system will be next since the Air rock will need it and will be convenient to air back up. I air down in the hills weekly and my little 12volt air pump takes too long to pump everything back up.

I have been very "lucky" that I have not punctured the sidewalls of my stock tires yet and had to get my wife to approve "emergency upgrades"

HappyCurmudgeon - I didn't really notice the axles being off. I will check them shortly and see if they are. I do think that longer sway bar links for the front should be in the kit and plan to probably put something like the terraflex quick links on soon. If the axles are off by much then an adjustable track bar would fix that.
