The winch was very easy especially if you have the front grill off. You will find lots of installation write-ups on the JK-Project threads.

... The lights are a whole other thing. You have to wire them and run the wire all the way to the dash where you would then have to install a switch to turn em on and off as you want. I just didnt bother to hook them up, I dont really need them. When i installed the front LoD i did hook up the stock lights there tho.
