JK Show & TellWhether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.
I really like the look of these but, the head of the bolts on the frame rails seem like a catch point. Maybe Chris can look at this and expand the coverage underneath or maybe find a different location to bolt them to. Or maybe even use the OMF bead lock domes to protect the bolt heads.
Glad to see more manufactures are using frame attachments instead of bolting them to the pinch seam. When I got my Shrockworks rails they were the only ones I could find with frame mounts. The Shrocks attach in much the same way and I have had no problem with the bolt heads catching on anything in moderate wheeling. Just make sure if you are using the stock T case guard (slider) that bolts to the front frame attachment point that you have the rail's attachment on the outside. I found my mistake when I needed to have the front driveshaft replaced (warranty). I had to modify the guard (in place) so the tech could slide it rearward to remove it to get to the drive shaft without removing the rail. I will be getting Rubi express driveshafts front and rear this weekend as a preventive measure for the weak stock driveshafts on a 4 door with a 3 1/2 " short arm kit.
