It's only when driving now. It might just be the weights on the pressure plate. The old TOB was definitely shot though.

I get rattle when accelerating if I'm in too high of a gear and rpms are below 2k. Once above 2k it goes away

Check the tack weld on the exhaust heat shield right under the center console.
