if you do the blinker mod you can make it work. follow the wiring on the blinker write up and you'll probably have to swap the wires going to the led's. this will give you markers when the headlights are on but they'll act as blinkers also. they just won't blink when the headlights are off. i know you might be tired of messing with it at the moment but something to think about. feel free to PM me if you have questions about it. i'd be more than happy to explain in more detail if you want

Is that the whole using the white and brown wire going to the front marker? I might do that when installing my lift on Tuesday.

I'll tell you honestly that that light looks goofy on the fender. Instead of even mounting the light on the fender, why not mount something like this on the side of the hood?

Dual intensity so you can have a running light and blinker as one and it is LED so it will hold up to the shock and abuse of off road travel.

If these weren't so expensive, they'd be the best bet, lol.

Do you think they are going to hold up to the abuse.

Honestly had considered that too, but am hesitant on drilling into the body. Honestly I still plan to get some xenon flares or something similar in due time, so just needed something to hold me over for 6-8 months.

I do agree that it's not the best looking nor the most factory looking and doing a body light would be a better look. Might still do thy after some time if I decide to just keep the chopped flares.

The physical light, yes, it staying attached, well see. I took the jeep down some non-technical trails today and they stayed on. Bumps, water and some mud and it worked just fine.

Well if you use some 3m automotive trim tape you wouldn't have to drill to install the light. Use of a heat gun will loosen up the adhesive enough to peel it off when the time comes too.

What about the wire? It'll be running along to somewhere.
