I thought about the relocating bracket but my thought was to only use them without the doors. When I put the doors back on I had planned to move the mirrors back to the doors? Is this not how they work?

Thanks,
Tim

If you are looking at something like the Rugged Ridge (or any other brand) of factory mirror relocation bracket, they are meant to relocate your mirror and leave it there, not go back and forth.

I have power mirrors on my factory full doors and wanted to leave them on the doors, that's why I opted for a mirror that goes on easy when the doors are off and comes off easy when it's time to put the hard doors back on.

I use these Die-Tech Off-road Mirror Brackets and a second set of mirrors (Rugged Ridge). It's an expensive way to go but it works well.

K-Source Truck Mirror without the bipod frame. Works well on passenger side, I added a spotter on both sides and some bedliner. Here's my contribution (with specs) to another mirror thread: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modi...5/#post3594199

I went to my local Harley dealer and they would not sell me any of their take off mirrors. I just put the doors back on until I can find a mirror that works for me, thanks for all of your help and input.

I bought 2 small motorcycle mirrors at Chapparel in San Bernardino. $15.00 and I am legal.

I did a modified Rugged Ridge Mirror (excuse the bug guts in the picture)... And coated it with Duplicolor Bed Armor. And as others have said, the passenger side sucks... But, I have spare parts. LOL

I spent $15 on this. Picked up a round mirror at my local truck stop. Also needed one 2 1/2" long 5-16 bolt, flat washer and lock washer and finally a fence bracket. Had to trim the bracket a bit but works well. I plan on shooting the bracket black when I take it off next time. I may hit up my local motorcycle shop though. Great ideas!

For those running the Harley mirrors, how is the vision on the passenger side?
