Ummm, not exactly. Mark Allen, the senior designer at Mopar Underground is aware of it and many other things but that doesn't exactly mean Chrysler is.

Well, if I ever meet this Mark Allen guy... I'll give him a nice taste of a fresh knuckle sandwich so that he wakes up a little, and starts speaking up on behalf of those of us with quibbles!!

LOL!! I think you misunderstood me. Mark is a real Jeeper and a good guy who work hard to come up with things that we would really want. Unfortunately, Chrysler doesn't always listen to guys like him as they are just concept car designers.

This must have gone over my head. I'm saying cthat I could refinance it up to about $27500 (for a bone stock Rubi). I know because I've talked to my Bank and they never even looked at my Jeep. Smart banking system or not, I could get the money out of my Jeep to get a Hemi, but I won't, maybe when it's paid off.

Now back on topic.......thanks for the pics WOL. One day a Hemi, right now, I'm just waiting on my JK decals!

Ahhhhh, I see.

As for chrysler... I recall during the unveiling of the Wrangler, they decided to drive through buildings and such. Maybe I can drive my Wrangler right into their headquaters, and into the head honcho's office??? That way, he can see what's making me depressed!

I could be wrong but after talking to Burnsville and AEV I thought they said the stock tranny would not stand up to the Hemi power. For the Auto I think its the 545RFE that is recommended. Nice used ones can be had for around $6 to $700. at junk yards.
I paid $600. for mine with less than 1000 miles on it.

Among other things, Expedition One was showing off their new slim profile Jerry Cans...

Now these are pretty cool. i am guessing they are standard size? I wonder how much the cans and mount are?
