Default MOPAR Enhanced Rock Rails INSTALLED

so I ordered and received 2 different sets of Olympic Rock Rails. their mounting method is pretty rediculous, they give you brackets that bolt to the rail then onto the door sill.. seemed dumb, I gave it a try and they ended up hitting my doors when I tried to close them... they are in the process of being returned. I went to my local Jeep dealer to check out the Enhanced Rock Rails, and they had a few sets in stock, I bought them, brought them home and bolted them on, they fit like a glove, and IMO look great.

My Jeep is growing up

Just a few pics to show them off

Thanks guys for the comments.. ended up paying $452 plus local sales tax..

very happy with them, and they seem to work well enough to satisfy the need for a step.
after installing them I went to lowes to buy topsoil, when I came out there was one of those big flatbed wagons next to my jeep, I was like damnnnn walked over, and the rock rails already protected my jeep while in mallcrawler mode... hopefully I will try it out 7/19-20 on the rocks and see how they hold up.

Looks good! I have the same rock rails. The fit is great, and I liked the fact that they mount to existing holes. I added some rubberized traction tape to mine to better use them as a step.

They look great...Do they mount/bolt on to the body of the jeep or to the chasis/frame? Thanks..

They mount to the pinch seam and the underside of the body, at the same points the stock Rubicon rails do.

They look fantastic and I like the idea of putting traction tape on them.
