I like the toggles!

That's where I plan to put mine. How do you remove the panel? I haven't looked into it yet.

if you do this I suggest you cut a piece of without taking pannel off
that way you dont brake or snap out one of the clips.

if you look at the pic , the toggles are mounted on a radio shack plastic project box lid the screwd to the pannel. the color match is perfect.

there is nothing behind that area to be afraid of cutting, so take your dremmel and cut a sqaure smaller than the lid..

How did you mount the CB? Can you take a close up of the CB?

cut the center platic piece of the size of the cb,,,remove the windshield loop.,
use same holes to ribet the cb braket in place. and you are done. " make sure you have a small cb"

the platic pice does not have clips in the area of the cb so it remains as sturdy as before
