He and trash company don't have a leg then. Measure the height of the damage and where the mark is on the truck. Take pics.
Did you see the truck and the paint already?

 

WELL THAT PICTURE SUMS IT UP IT WAS THE TRASH HAULER contact them and let them know and the next time they come to pick-up the trash measure or lokk st the highth of the damage and compare it with the truck also did they come the day you were parked? dont let to much time go by was their any paint left on your jeep ?

That is BRUTAL!!! Today....you are finding less and less people that respect other people's pride and joy!!!!

I would check the security camera for time and possible plate and truck number that damaged your Jeep. If it's a good chance it's the garbage truck, I would head down to the garbage site and take photo's of the truck with hopefully paint still on the garbage truck and a big dent and take measurements for the cops...take lots of pictures for back-up.

Lookin at that alley pic thers no doubt it was the trash truck. He had to hav hit u while backing up. Man im mad just looking at that. Sorry for u. Definitely seek and destroy!!
