Don't ever say it was all your fault even it was, it takes two people to get into a collision.
Your insurance would go up a little bit, and it doesn't look like anything important was messed up.

Any idea if I should try to get this changed to a non moving violation by going to court? Or would I be wasting my time? I have no accidents or moving violations on my record. Not sure how it'd go since there was a wreck...

What did you hit, a chicken coop? That sure looks like a lot of bird poop on the top of the bumper. You're really in bad shape if that is crow poop. Those guys remember a face.
