Default My home-fabbed bumper/winch mount

not too bad for some scrap c-channel and plate destined for the recycliing bin!!

i like the bumper, the winch box needs to go under the hood and make the plug in under the "trail rated " badge...use a spring loaded slide like you see on some of the keyholes for trunks....imagine the guys on the trail when you slide that thang over and plug in, they are gonna freak....its an idea i had that i would like to see someone else do....as i have no more hair to pull out

I may end up having to remove the winch trying to find out why it won't work. I think it's the solenoid box though. I'll try to get a decent pic either way.

Not a bad idea. Not sure if there is room though. Everything's pretty crmped under the hood. It's DEFINATELY not staying where it is though.

It's Rustoleum Hammered Finish. It says black on the can, but it's more of a charcoal color really. You can get it at Home Depot and Walmart, among some other places I guess. I love the stuff.
