Default My Jeep's a "Bi", love her more everyday

My dealer told me that my Jeep was one of the lucky "one out of one-thousand" units to be pulled for an extensive 48 hour QC check. He also told me that that everything would be thoroughly checked and I could expect 0 defects.

After we got home I noticed my wife looking puzzled at the left side of our new baby and asked: I thought "unlimited" was the term used for four doors??

Sure enough, it has the the correct sticker on the passenger side and the unlimited sticker on the drivers side.

I think I will leave it, makes it kinda unique.

Makes you wonder about the 48 hour extensive check eh? If there even is such a thing.

Default quality control

ask the guy who sold it to you for $250.00 for every mistake you find, since he hyped the inspection... and if he doesn't agree, tell him you are returning it...

Considering the nature of that minor defect, wouldnt "Limited" be more appropriate?? haha

The need to check them all... Me and friend went to look at a black 2 door rubicon and wow. This thing was brand new and had not scratched on the passenger and driver side but gouges in the top part by the windows and the plastic around the auto gear shifter was gouged too. I found 2 bolts on the floor board and a plastic interior gromet that holds the plastic to the doors. I can't believe the dealer put this thing outside.

Although it's unique, doesn't it make you wonder if the QC guy was asleep or something? I think model badging accuracy would be part of the QC check eh?

I think I'd take it back and tell the guy who sold it to you that he forgot to give you the other two doors!
