That is very impressive! Would you share the template with a fellow Texan?

I got a new Miller welder for Christmas, don't really know all that much about using it but I think this would be a great project to start with!

Looks great! I love the idea of laying the cardboard right over the stock bumper too! I've contemplated the same thing, but was trying to figure out how I was going to hold it all in place. What thickness steel did you use?

I will be starting my bumper build tomorrow. It will be built just like this one but a few minor changes plus i will be adding a tire carrier to mine. I will be doing templates for mine as well. I will start a new thread and pics once i get started.
