just finished my cargo cover. wanted to show it off a little

sorry about the upside down pics, I cant seem to fix them. they are upright in my computer, just not after uploading them here. any pointers on how to fix it and I will gladly do so

I got a little vertigo from some of the pics being upside down, but it looks good!

Very nicely done.:thumbsup: I like it a lot and will probably steal this idea. couple questions...Is the material 3/4" ply? ...how did you seal off the back side behind the seats? what are the vertical pieces you have underneath?...just supports?

Also, when i pop open the pics, they are upside down...if i click on them again it opens them up and they are flipped back correct. No clue why :thinking:

Nice job!!! The 7 slots are a nice touch. Confused on what the wiring photos and the photo of the 2 buttons relate to or how they fit in to this project? Will be nice to know for when I hijack this project for myself!

I think he was just adding in pictures of a couple other projects as well....adding seat heaters and what I presume are garage door opener buttons on the a-pillar.....unrelated to the cargo cover. :thumbsup:

think I used 11/16 or 19/32 plywood. then covered it with bed liner.

the vertical pieces are to keep it sturdy and now I have the ability to put things on top of it and tie them down. without them it would not hold a lot of weight.

for the back I just attached it with a hook and eye locks. 1 on each side. 1 in upper middle, and I used the 2 cargo d hooks and an hook on the bottoms. that way if I have larger cargo I can just in unhook them and take the back piece off. I don't know if you can see it but the back piece also folds in half (vertically). so if I only need a little more space I can unhook 1 side and fold it over and still keep 1 side hooked up.

yes those other pics got put in there when wastrying to fix the original pics. other projects completed. heated seats and garage door openers.

I also put in a reverse camera in my tow hitch cover.

ya its bed liner from harbor freight. rolled it on. then used the spray can to even it out.

Rather than using plywood like most that I've seen, I opted to use 1/8" aluminum that is braced from underneath. It's fully enclosed in the front and is usable as a cargo shelf for if I have the soft or hardtop on.
