Default The new GoPro Hero HD has arrived!

Hey guys, it's been raining heavily the past couple days so we had to go wash the jeeps. Thankfully the new camera came along for the ride, check it out:

BTW, the HD version will be uploaded shortly... still trying to figure out how to use this thing If anyone is on the fence about buying one - DO IT! 1000x better than the old SD version.

That picture was way better than I expected. Reminded me that I need to wax the Jeep.

The video is nothing compared to how clean the HD version is. I'm working on it now.

Not everyone can appreciate the subtle musical excellence of one-hit-wonder, R'n'B sensation Bobby Light

(BTW, it's a joke song. Look up Rob & Big for more details)

The camera is actually MediaMaxim's, but I'll answer as best I can. It's pretty easy to aim due to the massive field of view - as long as you have the lens pointing in the general area you want, you should be fine. They are also supposed to be releasing a viewfinder at some point, which will make it much easier.

As to the quality of the photos, I can't say. However, I suspect they are very high quality considering the camera's primary audience.
