i think i used to know but i've forgotten.......
I think there's a company or two with DOT approved bead locks, but for the most part, I heard they're banned because people were afraid the extra bolts could come off at highway speeds and kill somebody .

Also I heard becuase they're a lot more difficult to balance, they're illegal. But that's just word of mouth "telephone style" information.

Those are the wheels I want. They look great. Yours is the first Jeep I've seen with those mounted.

I'm still trying to find a set of 37x12.5x17 KM2's.

Where were you able to even find the KM2's? They're still telling me it will be 4-6 weeks minimum. And I tried Discount, NTB, Costco, Off Road shops,...

No Mo anywhere right now.

BTW best price I have found is at Costco $(290) but they will not install, and won't provide free balancing and rotation. That could add up. But the other stores are wanting about $100 per tire more. That adds up quick too.

i don't want to break any vendor rules - however, i can tell you that i bought the tires from a local 4x4 shop and they were able to get them from the socal BFG warehouse.

if the BFG warehouse in TX is out then it might be hard for you to get them until they get them in stock....

i guess i got lucky -

my next choice would have been the TOYO M/T....

Found em at Costco and they will be here in less than 1 week.
