Well, my wheels and tires came in, I must say I am very pleased with them after the first 100 miles. And they are very quiet too!!

Patience with me guys, I can for the life of me get a straight answer on how to post a full size pic to my post, any help here?

OK, I'll try to make a long story short, I really like it. Now let me fill you in....
I installed it last week and have about 400 miles on it now. When I first installed it I expected a somewhat rougher ride, (but that's the tradeoff when you install a lift). I have used, rancho, superlift, black diamond and even skyjacker soft rides. when I took it out I have to say I was impressed, as the ride quality that I expected to diminish we negligable. Today My tires came in and I took a trip and put on about 100 miles now, what can I say about ride quality now? Believe it or not, it now feels like 98.9% like the original ride quality. (this number is a guess timate and not a mathmatical formulation of course). The real test will be this weekend, as we are going down to do some rockcrawling. I will post back to give you my off road impression.
A few notes on this lift.
1.Although it states it is not built for the rubicon, the only reason is this, it comes with sway bar disconnects, which of course cannot be used, I built my own custom links for the front. (pics available if you would like to see them)
2. Because the rubicon suspension sits higher than the X and Sahara, the 3 inch lift lifted it 2.5 to 2.75 on various corners, but it clears my 35's on 9 wide wheels with no rubbing.
3. It comes with one of the best rear track bar relocation brackets I have ever installed.
4. I was really worried about no provision for the front track bar, but when I went to the JEEP dealer to show them how to align it (more on that later) We found that the 'scrub radius' was in the green and the axle was only offset 3/16 of an inch (perfectly acceptable) but I will add an adjustable track bar any way as I am a perfectionist (or anal as my friends and family call it LOL).
5. the one problem, and most disturbing to me was the cam bolt kit for bringing caster angle into spec. If you mark your pinion angle before knocking out the cam knockouts and install the cam bolts it will set your caster angle at 2.7 degrees (dead on for a TJ) the most adjustment we could get out of it (after the jeep tech stripped out the first set of bolts) was 3.5 degrees. spec for the JK is 4.5 + or - .5 degrees. Good news is, my distributer is camping this week in BDS'S home town and is addresing this problem with them directly and I am sure it will be resolved shortly. ( I can get back to you on this)
6.BDS offers a lifetime, no questions asked warranty!!! THAT is customer service, and standing behind their product.
7. I feel that is a very good value for the dollar, ecspecialy compared to some other 'kits' on the market, I think I will start carring these suspension systems myself.
If you have any questions I may have missed, slap me for being so vague, or feel free to ask me.
hope this helps, Giovani

BTW no backorder on these lifts (that's why superlift lost a sale). took 5 days to get it, and two of those days were sat and sun, and it was still here a day earlier than it was supposed to be......darn! LOL
