I'm running 15x10 with 3.625" backspacing, no mods.

I just purchased 15" wheels with 35" tires. I haven't had them installed yet, but I have a question.
Will a 35" tire on a 15" rim with 3.75" backspacing fit on the factory spare tire mount? Or will I need to do some type of modification?
