Default Offroad Evolution Rockstar skids installed!

Got my Offroad Evo rockstar skids installed today. I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone who does any kind of wheeling that requires increased ground clearance. I gained 2" from these, the equivelant of moving up to a 38.5" tire from my 35" tires I have now(about 34.7"). You can see just how bad my lower control arm mounts were mangled. They are the first thing I and really the only thing that gets drug over rocks anymore besides my gas tank skid on breakovers. Install was a bit of a pita just because I HATE metal dust from cutting/grinding, but overall pretty easy. Took me about 3 1/2hrs taking my time.

Here's some pics. Sorry for the low quality, my iphone doesn't like taking pics in a low light garage with the sun shining bright outside.

Ground clearance, about a 2" increase!

Installed with no issues with my Teraflex HD axle track bar bracket.

The passenger side before removal. Pretty bad.

Here you can kinda see the difference from the completed driver side and untouched, mangled passenger side.

These are well worth the $125 from Northridge 4x4 and the 3 1/2hrs or so of your time.

I doubt I'll ever get a evap skid installed. I'd hit many other things before I ever hit the evap can. In the rare case I do, a new one is about $35, and that's if it even gets damaged, some just get knocked off. If I wasn't lifted on 35s it'd be a priority though.
