just installed an OME HD lift and src rear bumper...it took 8 hrs and everything bolted right together ( drilled one hole )....the lift included springs, shocks and rear track bar bracket...i am going to extend the rear brake brackets...the tailgate just clears the bumper and the spare had to be shimmed out a little...

You are going to want some front lower control arms, and rear uppers. I got nasty death wobble up front with about the same amount of lift. I dont have the rear uppers yet, I need to get them though. The drive shaft angle is a bit much.
My comment was meant for the OP. But, death wobble is not an issue of front end alignment. Bad caster, toe-in, etc, can all cause death wobble. And it can also be caused by loose parts. But in my case, it was caused by bad caster angle. I see you have lowers, but the OP does not.

this lift has caused no troubles so far....i got 2" - 3" of lift..... 39 " at the rear fender ...this is not the long travel lift...
the front drive shaft does not contact the trans skid plate...at least i cannot jack the vehicle to do it....although the castor angles are steeper than stock...
the bumpers , winch, tools, ect. along with camping equipt ( i removed the very heavy rear seat) had given the control arms an upward cant...this lift looks way better and my skid plates are going to get less contact...
remember this is a two door and a little lift goes a long way...
