Yeah it sucks to be hit by a guy with no insurance. My insurance has paid for everything and has a 3rd Party Collection company going after the guy. It's a sad story really... his wife left him and then dropped him from their insurance policy. I am not certain if he was aware but he definitely was concerned about me and was one of the first people over to the Jeep when I was crawling out of the driver's window. The jeep looks bad but I truely believe the Rubi Rail saved my life. It was torn off and laying in the middle of the road and wasn't even bent. I feel like the rail kept his vehicle from coming inside my vehicle more than it did.

I am going to let insurance deal with him and start installing my mods on my new Jeep.
