Depending on year/mileage/mods/etc. It might not be that overpriced. I don't know about NJ, but out here In UT wranglers keep their value very well.

according to the craigslist ad its got super low miles too. and that lift is supposedly a 5". might not be over priced. But again I don't know about NJ. Here in NC it seems fairly priced to be honest

Not my cup of tea, but here in Texas that isn't an absurd price. I'm sure actual sales price will be a bit lower....$29k +/-
