Chrome = mall crawlers . Real jeepers don't do chrome . Which one are you ? Save your money for mods. that get you further up the trail , unless you don't go up the trail ! Only older jeeps do chrome . Here is a sample of my other jeep with chrome , from the factory ![IMG][/IMG]

Chrome+JK=Bad

I actually saw a hummer H3 I liked today the owner went out of his way to have 0 chrome on it I actually respect that.

This weekend I'm getting some plasti dip and doing my shackles ,haws fair lead antenna, key holes and Jeep/Trail rated badges then I will be chrome free.

Rims only on black. Otherwise it's overboard. I'm just not a fan of black rims on a black Jeep.

I say if you don't like chrome on your doors...take your doors off!

A good way to break up some of all that shiny black paint is to add a little SATIN BLACK! You could even do some accents in FLAT BLACK!

Like someone said. It's your jeep. I just bought a 2013 Sport in black and love the chrome accents i've put on so far. To me, black and chrome just go together including on my Harley. I bought the jeep to make it something I like. If that makes me a mall crawler, I can live with that. I'm sure you will do the same. personaly, I cant stand the blacked out look but wouldnt support anyone less because of their taste. Good luck and send pictures of the bling. I for one would like to see it

I think the fundamental objection to chrome is the maintenance that goes along with it. jeeps are supposed to be off road vehicles, how are supposed to keep chrome shiny when you are romping thru mud puddles every other day?
