Anybody on here plasti dip their oem rims? If so can you show what they look like.

I did, very easy to do and I love how they look! They look glossy as you paint them, but they dry matte black.

Made me realize how dirty my tires were though haha.

Awesome thanks I'm thinking about doing this for a great alternative instead of dropping a ton if cash on rims that could get messed up going down some trails. May even buy someone's used rims later on and have a set of off road and street tires since we do a lot of interstate traveling.

Do it. It's not hard to do, cheap and if you don't like it take it off. Do a search on here there's a couple of threads on how to do it.

When I did mine I cut out the dip from the outer rim of the wheel in order to have it silver.

my wheels are already black but I just plastidipped the wife's wheels. really easy, dries quick, no runs or spatters

Found a little trick, makes it much easier, instead of masking the tire, just treat your tire with some sort of tire wet, clean the rim good and just go to town with the plasti dip even on the tire, try to get it at least 3 inches onto the tire, then just peel it right off the tire.
