Fumes can be a problem, but usually on long drives with an enclosed top. I'd prefer seeing a spark arrestor with something like that.

I have the same set up. I like it better now.
When I'm using the trail table or just sitting with the tail gate open in back I get no fumes now.
Also I have stopped crushing the tail pipe closed since it was moved.

Couldn't rersist throwing this shot in too. It was the maiden voyage for the coilovers and the Evo lever set up.

So when are they going to ofer the whole kit? Short arm, long arm? Would be sweet to get what you need instead of trying to piece the system together.

This is exactly what i want. Looks awsome. I just need to find that money tree in my backyard, i think my wife stole it

yes, i did have some. the sway bar would shift over and at an extreme flex, it sometimes swiped in and hit the factory track bar mount on the frame. to address this, i pulled the sway bar over to the passenger side as much as i could and then installed a set of collars on it right next to the bushings and this prevented it from shifting over again. however, i have since installed the new sway bar ORE makes.

Thanks. I am going to go ahead and get the ORE sway bar then. From the pictures it looks like a very well made product.

I was wondering about this too. I would like to see more pics of it.

I was wondering what "Integrated competition tuned sway bar system included" means. It has that listed on their website stating it comes with the kit? Maybe they changed that?

Integrated competition tuned sway bar system included.
• ¾ inch chromoly heim joints.
• Stainless steel misalignments
• Grade 8 hardware
• Allows for use of 35” up to 42” tires (Larger than 37: Body Trimming required)
• Use of most major manufactures off the shelf coilover’s

Note: Exhaust modifications required

Eddie....just curious, can you tell me in YOUR words...without sounding like the EVO web site description what this has allowed Project JK to do that it could not before? It's a serious departure from a standard suspension. I get the wheel travel....and the not having to cut the Jeep for longer shocks. This is the damndest thing I ever saw. How does it ride on the road?

I'm not Eddie....but....I'll answer anyway.

In my opinion the single best thing the EVO coilover setup has given us is stability! Because of the extreme articulation we can now keep all tires on the ground and with the body of the jeep remaining relatively level.

Here are a couple photos...same obstacle, one with a standard 4" coil lift and ours with the EVO Flex system. The 1st jeep can't keep all tires on the ground and so it is off balance while our jeep (with all tires on the ground) remains stable and level.

Hanging a tire and not as stable:

All 4 on the ground and perfectly stable:

Also, the on-road ride is excellent...very smooth.
