Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

Why are you going so fast through the water, no wonder lots a people get water in their intake. Go slow and steady, like GoodysGotaCuda jeep pics!

I bent two rods and broke three lifters ? or rockers or whatever they are called... it cost me 1500$ and they were cutting down the listed hours of labor for me...

they told me the first day to call insurance... 100% going to need a new motor... 5-6k (i was thinking HEMI SWAP?)

That sucks!!! I wouldn't mess with fixing the V6. unless insurance will pay for the repair then do whatever... but you can get a v6 from a hemi swap for almost nothing. I would rather have a good pull than a rebuild myself.

agreed when they told me call insurance on day 1 I didnt though I waited and then called the next day and spoke with the actual mechanic working on it... we talked about the real damage and not the "non covered total motor blown call insurance" Dbag service rep's idea of what was wrong...

I ended up not going through insruance (to save my preimum) and it wasnt as bad as the rep's first impressions... they did end up fixing it and at 1500 it hurt my wallet majorly but it also didnt justify going for a hemi at all... shame... hahah

I should have just baught this thing outright... hahaha its a lease so I was hesitant to pull for the hemi just yet hahahaha
