Nice. Since the whole thing is apart it would be real easy to take a black Jeep and paint it the color you wanted - '03 Khaki - and do a spray in liner of the whole thing.

I really want to do this one day...........

We are running the BFG KM2 Competition Crawler 37" on a 17" rim. This is a softer compound than BFG's standard tire.

Time to prep the body panels to be welded in place...


Getting the roll bar installed at the same time...












Reinstalling the body panels and getting ready to button everything up...




Installing the tailgate for a test fit to double check the alignment of everything before welding things in place...




Looking good!


Time to start wrapping things up...

Wow that is pretty extreme. Had no idea it was going to be that much work. But that is going to be AWESOME. I so want to get a JKU and do the JK-8 conversion.
