Yup, You can mount a winch to it. You can go to rancho's site www.gorancho.com and it will give a list of vendors.. I'm not sure what sponsors of this site carry it.

I don't really care for the stubby rear bumpers so I prolly want have that put on.

Rancho put the glide plate and diff cover on so I'm not sure what vendors have them yet or the cost.
