I really appreciate your interest and comments. Thanks so much Jer and Kell

Do your grenade decals make your "car" "da bomb" hahahahaha. Whimpy is only in the MAN driving. You know what they say about dudes with engine displacement issues???? Or does Kell need to tell you? I would be OK with 2 stroke!! I assume the Bushwacker flares are to "BIG" for your "car" too. You should have bought an "X" with 16" wheels instead. 18's might be a little "ricer" and BiG. It is just a car.........I mean Jeep. I guess if it was on a your car maybe your right. My Jeep is not a car, and did you see the Range Rover Supercharged Sport they come stock on (if not PM me and I can send a few pics) LOL? The Jeep is just a little bigger...
It does not "need" a vent. It just is to make my Jeep not look like yours (other than a star decal), and everyone elses, but maybe DR. Dirtys, after he gets it done!!.

Thanks for the comments.

I thonk they look great. I would do the hood vents , but I am worried about to much water going directly on my AEM air intake. I like this mod a lot. What did you do with the radio antenna ?. Thanks. Again great job.

Again, I am thinking about this mod, but what about the radio antenna? , and do you think this would look good on a 2- door?. Thanks

IUt looks like an after market antenna can be added right below the vents but who cares when you can plug in your Zune player and l,isten to what you want or even listen to the Sat radio. The vents look good. better without the stripping. as for fording water I believe that only space that goes into is the fender well and not into the engine compartment at all however I could be wrong, but water wouldn't hurt anything where they are located and even if the battery was submerged it wouldn't hurt anything either, just as long as it is below the intake... I have had ideas of making a ram air intake but knowing how much I like to play in the mud and puddles it wouldn't the good of an Idea for mine. Good Job Kudos for you and if you have fun customizing your own Jeep WHO CARE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE THINKS!!!!!! they don't drive it or make the payments on it....Have fun and good luck

Excellent idea. I like that it's actually functional, unlike the ones on most of the factory untis out there.

I do think the vents look a little large for a JK, but the shape and colour works really well.

I think I have maybe 5-6 inches more flex. Yeaaa!!! As of now, they function just as well as your "high line" Fender mod for your Sahara. Can you get over bigger rocks with 2" smaller fenders? I could drill some holes behind them, but it is only to look "BADASS" IMO!

IPOD with 20,000 song shuffle...... Radio works in town, who really cares. I play what I want to hear. But you could relocate and have a hidden antenna. I am going to do this to Kells 2 door, and of course just as any mod, It will always make it look better. Just this one makes it look (in my own words) "super sick", it takes some nutz to do it. It will separate the Men from the Boys. Just ask DR. Dirty. He will be the first to join the "club".

Who cares? You are exactly right! It is my Jeep, and I did it like this because I did. If I did not want to hear the "3" comments of dudes not liking it I would have never posted this, or any of my posts on this site! I love every JK out there ( and real Jeep (round headlights) hahah) Just like mine the BEST!!!! It was not born this bad.....ahhahahhahha I built it, just like every Jeep owner out there. Real Jeeps are built not bought.

Here is to having a few beers, then commenting on Project JK with your wife....
