R.E. sent new bushings for the lift. From what I understand they along with other companies used a certain company to make their bushings and got some bad batches. The new bushings were from a different company. Hope this helps. The only complaint I have is the discos in the front squeak unless you keep them lubed up well.

Agreed.
No problem with these new bushings so far.
... & It took me long enough to figure out where that front squeak was coming from... Now that I greased it, It hasn't been squeaking since

How long did it take for bushings to go out?

Not sure about Charlie K, but with mine, the old batch started wearing within 8 months if I recall. At the time, I just didn't realize it until all were blown~~~> (The following summer, RE came up to me at the Jeepers Jamboree and told me why I was clickety clacking )
They said this new batch wont give us the same problem.
I replaced mine at he beginning of August.

Most my wheeling is in the spring to late fall, so it doesn't get the true test until those time frames.

Dude I have the lift. Very well built. I have a write-up on the internet PM and i'll give you the link, or you can just look it ain't hard to find. The bushing problem is in the past and it was not just RE. I inspected the quality of the bushings and in my professional opinion they are high quality. The CAs and track bars are beefy the super flex ends are greasable and rebuildable. What more could you want? Also you can find them $1650 w/shocks delivered and no tax. The cost vs. what you get is very high.

I agree, and it only took 2 months for the bushings to go out on mine. Other than that like I said before the kit is top notch and quiet with great road manners.
