Default RE 4.5" Long Arm offroad pics :)

I finally got to take my Jeep wheeling with the new 4.5" long arm kit over the weekend.
I had the RE 3.5" superflex kit before and that kit was great all last year, but this new LA kit is sooooo nice
It rides nicer, handles better and flexes awesome off road. I was also able to climb things easier this time, like rock walls and such.

Anyway, on with the pics.....

A quick video clip

Here is an older video clip of a rock wall climb that I did with the 3.5" kit....
This time it was much easier with the LA kit, I did it 4 times over the weekend, I was giving rides up it
No one got video this time though :(

That Jeep looks familiar... Very nice pics and vids. Your JK is one of my favorites on the board after seeing it in person. It simply looks like a 4 door Jk "should". Keep up the good work.

Thanks guys.....
Yeah, Im really happy with it now, it was worth the extra money and work to switch over to the 4.5" kit.
I love the way it rides and how it just crawls over things so easy now

not being critical, but if you used the stock RE shocks, they tend to come up a little short.

i'd be willing to bet you can get more droop outa the front with a longer shock.

that being said, your rig looks very well balanced, and has plenty of flex

but you should be able to drop a 35" tire 6" below the rocker with the right shock.
Im not too sure about getting a 35" tire 6" below the rocker, the shocks would have to be soo long you would loose up travel, or you'd run the risk of the coil falling out under full droop.
The shocks that came with my long arm kit allow the wheels to drop far enough for the springs to unseat from their perches 1/4",
and when the tires are stuffed, there is only a 1/2" of shock shaft showing.
None of those pics actually stuffed the rear as far as it would go, but the front was dropped to the max a couple times with the coil loose.

Yeah my coils come unseated a 1/4" under full droop in the front and the rears come loose enough wiggle around by hand.
So Im happy with that for now....until I make the switch to 37's....
Then I need to decide if I want to add spacers, a body lift or tube fenders to make room
