Default Rear Bumper Build

Over the last few months i designed and build a rear bumper and tire carrier for my unlimited
here are some pics, still a few things to do but its almost completly done!
started off with a cardboard mock up

got all the steel plasma table cut from my father inlaws shop and started building

then mounted it up to check for fitment and to take it down for powder coat

got a speeding ticket on the way there....doh!!

all coated and mounted

i have some daystar spare tire bumpers on the way to get some extra support on the bottom of the spare and i wanna paint the spindle cap black.
Hope you all like it!

Did the shop use the cardboard mockup as a stencil to cut out the metal or did you have the design put into a computer program to be cut out?

I was wondering if you could tell me what the cost was to get the steel plasma cut. I am trying to figure out what to expect to pay if I should decide build my own bumpers.

Default Rear Bumper Build

Also the family deal my father in law runs a steel warehouse they have a powder coating setup that could do a small car!! But I would bet normal pricing would be around 50-75 if it's all prepped and a stock color Im going off being quoted 25 a wheel from another company though. I also built my tube doors and had those coated as well
