The only slightly difficult part was drilling the holes. Some parts of the door aren't hollow where I think some cross beams are. And some portions (where the slats are) are so thin, the drill wants to cut sideways. If you don't care about your finish or some extra holes disregard this message. Mine's an off-road vehicle with a pinsriped and dented up exterior, so this doesn't bother me one bit.
I'm building my camping / sleeping platform tomorrow and, if I get it done, will post up about that too.
