has anyone driven like this... sort of a hard top bikini? hows the noise on the highway?

 

I drive like that most of the time. I don't like the sun on my face and head. Well it is noisier because there is no top. It is quieter with the doors on than without though. Just stands to reason. Just remember to put the little feet down when you screw the tops down.

Not sure, but It would most likely be through Mopar or a dealership parts dept.
