Having second thoughts on the aev hood and snorkel I ordered...but the amount of water and mud I hit I do want the peace of mind...

Anyone have photos ?

Got the aev snorkel but not the hood..... And my jeep isn't white but here

Love the look. I would love to put an AEV hood on mine. I love the white too. Was gonna go white before I got my silver.

Thanks I love the hood, I ordered it through Quadratec so all I had to do was install which was simple. I know theres a concern with the vents and openings on the hood that water will leak down on to or in the engine and create problems. I've been here in the rainy pacific northwest all winter and haven't had a single issue. I've been on two snow runs and didn't encounter any problems there either. My advice if you like the hood get it, it looks good, it's functional and gives you the option of going to route of installing a snorkel if you wanted.
