another question... did you have to make the hole bigger in the back of the housing? ive read some where they had to cut the hole bigger or does the mini fit right into the back of the housing. also how hard was it to take off the lense on the original stock housing?

Ya you have to cut it out to recess it farther back , pulling the lens is easy I set my oven at 250 and put them in for 10 min

All the mods you have done look amazing! And your grill inserts definitely beat my gutter guard ones
Also, I was wondering what program did you use to make the outline for your grill inserts? Haha if you say MS Paint I am going to be thoroughly impressed. Thanks!

Sweet! nice retro fit man! I my self have done tsx projectors in my bwm housings!! How was aiming and dialing these..? I know getting mine level was a pain...

Just buy an extra set off eBay, that way if you mess it up you didn't really do any damage to your. Plus you can just swap them out when finished and the jeep won't be down at all for the conversion.
