Ripped GEAR seat cover repair
I have a pair of the Smittybuilt G.E.A.R. seat covers.
The seam on the driverside across the front ripped. Don't know why. But it was not able to just be restitched.
So I ordered two old large Jeep patches from Ebay and had them sewn on by my local cleaners over the seams after they reinforced them.
I know, I know, they have the old AMC logo also but I like retro stuff. Besides my only alternative was to have custom patches made to that size. Too much $$$
I think they look pretty good though.

Looks good, but, you are a brave man putting white on the seat. I would have those stained a few different colors in a couple of days. Nice fix though, really like the creative fix!
