Default Ripped out my rear headrests

Finally yanked those annoying headrests out. Followed a write up posted here on the forum! Only took about 10 minutes. I love this forum.

Here's the write-up I originally found(check out #54):

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...oved+headrests

It was easier to do the smaller backseat first and take off the entire cushion. Once I could see what actually needed to be done, I was able to reach up inside the larger seat(it's a serious PITA to try to remove the larger cushion) and unhook the bracket blindly. It's kind of ridiculous how much easier it is now to raise/lower the backseats, and I can see out the rear so much better in the rearview mirror. I've got 2 large Labs who travel with me quite often, so I'm constantly lowering the seats for them. Chrysler should have made the 4-door backseats with easily removable headrests( like the 2 door) just like the front seats. Major design flaw IMO.

A funny note.... afterwards my wife noticed and asked me "What happens if you sell the Jeep and there's no headrests back there?" My response:

"Honey.... I'm NEVER selling the Jeep."
