Roll cage / front bars for JK
is anyone working on a front cage or "sport bar" as the lawers call it?
to me , the front dash/door area looks very tight but I'm sure someone will fab something up, it looks like a lot of trim/saftey plastic has to be removed or modified but I think a Toys by Troy type bar could work, made of (combo of tubular and flat stock bolted to the door pillar/dash area)
or a through the dash bar, the dash tweaters area may be a perfect place to go through

Considering the new design of the windshield and frame, I would think that this would be rather costly to replace after crushing it in a rollover.
I would opt for an exo-cage (external).
Might be noisy or even ugly to some, but could also be made to protect the windshield when folded down.
Have the cage run all the way back and you would have a strong connect for a roof rack as well.
Any-witch-way it is done, I believe that the extra security of a good roll cage is a sound investment
