Same way as you always do, the front extension just unbolts and pops off first then pull the top as normal. You can even use the side bars as handles to make it easier.

Top with basket is a LOT heavier. Three people ... four even better.

I have the wild boar rack and I love it. Strong as hell and tilts back on shocks for taking the top on and off. I get no wind noise from it at all.
