Rubi in Uganda

I am currently on a TDY assignment in Uganda, Africa and seen plenty of Land Rovers and Range Rover but only one JEEP. Sweet one at that, a Rubi.

They're guarding them here too, JEEP was in the compound.

I'd guess the tires are 35x12.5R17 and if that is the case it looks like it has a 3" to 3.5" lift.
