Show me your ARB bumper with winch and lights.
I have seen ARB bumpers pictures with winch or lights but never with a winch and lights (I am not talking about the fog lights, I mean offroad lights on top of the bumper).
cheers.
cheers.

4wd.com, bunch of cheap idiots...
I got my bumper without any hardware as well (and I mean absolutely no hardware, couldn't even mount the bumper). I think only the non-winch bumper they are skimping on. 4wd.com did not feel the bumper needed installation hardware. They told me to mount the lights in the small holes used to connect the light mounts. I had to escalate to ARB to get the intall kit after fighting with them for 2 weeks. ARB had the kit out to me in 3 days without any questions. I will never do business with 4wd.com again, what a bunch of cheap, non-caring idiots. I ordered a hard top, ARB bumper, and winch from them, none of them arrived with the required hardware and with damage that I didn't get to create... They didn't care about that either. Use anyone except a transamerican distributor, they don't care about their customers even if you drop $10G's with them.

Not me, never had an order come in complete or without damage... You got lucky, maybe ARB jumped their ass about their crappy customer service, who knows... Obviously I have my own opinion, wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even those I don't like... I've gotten much better service and quality merchandise from the local shops and they even match internet prices... Anyway, enjoy the bumper and the light brackets. I'm in Silverton, CO right now about to get on Engineer's Pass... The lights came in real handy that night...
