Fight this, it was their mistake that you were sent the wrong part in the first place. At the very minimum you should settle for store credit if not an outright refund.

 

I'm with Dave. You can tell them that for every day that they don't refund your shipping money, they are loosing more and more customers. I don't like to see people get screwed like that, and I certainly won't give them a penny of my hard earned cash. To me it's less about the money and more about the ethics of it. You shouldn't have to pay for their screw up. Vote with your dollars.

 

Okay .. I totally whole heartedly agree with you. The first time I called back and they sent me two prepaid labels. I went to print them out they didn't work I called them back and they said I had to ship it back. 115$ later and two weeks almost later, NO MONEY in our account. So I am going to have my husband call tommorow after I check on the status again of the return tonight. I tlhink we will call everyday. I know they will lose customers, they're alredy lost two for the bumper mess up ( me and my husband, along with my little brother makes 3) ... and with anyone else who is reading this ... even more!

It makes me angry companies think they can do this. Hopefully it works out. I will let you guys know how it goes tommorow. ANd will let you know as soon as its resolved!
