I am interested. Smittybilt actually makes good stuff if you pick the right product in a product category like rock rails for example, some are not good. But I have the rock rails, winch, stinger , and rear bumper and all great stuff and awesome price. Even better than some 400 plus more stuff

If a "rock slider/guard" can't protect the cab, I don't want the same engineering protecting my melon.
that logic is sound.

Placed my order for the cage a long time ago. Still waiting. Only paid $350.00 shipped from Summit now its at $550.00. So if it sucks I will just sell it. Just wondering when they plan on actually posting some pics and shipping. Its been almost a year.

I contacted smitty once about offering a HD line of their stuff. I have owned some of their stuff in the past and always like the way their products look, but they are not made for my use I guess. I like the looks of their new bumpers and stuff, and their prices are always low, but I would pay a little more for better quality stuff. Anyway they said thanks for the input. lol.

I can't buy anymore stuff from them myself, cause everything I have had in the past gets bent or broken and ends up rusted and unusable where I have to buy something else to replace it with. So I spend more then if I just bought a more expensive piece to start. Anyway, after my experiences with their stuff no way I would count on their cage.
