Smittybilt tailgate cover & some offroading
I ordered the Smittybilt gear tailgate cover recently and finally got around to installing it.
I started by taking off the plastic wire cover and taping down the wires.

I was able to fit pretty much everything I wanted into the bags including tow straps, collapsible shovel and a lot more. (I know the red and blue velcro holders dont exactly blend in, BUT it is 4th of July and i had to show some spirit. 'Merica!)

After I installed it I had to go to Lowes to pick up some random stuff I had been putting off. I decided to take a back road because it was so nice, and as you can see i didn't exactly end up at Lowes.

I'm new to the jeep thing and needless to say I'm pretty happy with it. you cant exactly turn down a random trail on a dirt road in a bmw and end up here.
